My name is Josh Bond, I was born in 1992 and raised in Cambridge Ontario, Canada. I was raised on horror flicks and cartoons, and wanted to be like my idol Tim Burton. As long as I can remember I've wanted to make films. At the age of 12 I was shaping up my film making skills in the form of home movies with my younger brother Justin, clay animated shorts, and messing about with Flash content.
Over the years I've been on and off with my own channel's content that I created back in 2008 . The name 'Behind the Couch Films' came about in 2010. Mostly friends just getting together to have fun and goof off while recording, hardly ever scripted. We made such "classics" as The Dinner Time Massacre Part I and II, Minorly Inconvenient Man, and some game related content.
in 2011 I traveled to Montreal to act in the film The Devil's Music with my friends from Heavy Nova Studios and planned to begin filming the sequel in Summer 2014. Currently I'm continuing to work with Heavy Nova, as well as releasing some Timbo N Glubly comics.
